We are certain that your dog will enjoy their new homemade treats, however if they or you are not 100% completely satisfied, feel free to email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org.) Change accordingly
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Shipping or via USPS Priority mail 1 - 2 business days after the order has been placed. All products will be packaged with utmost care to include protective materials for your product.
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. There are no returns/exchanges on any product that is custom made. Exchanges will be made at our discretion. We will not accept a return for any items that appear to have been used.
If something is wrong with the order (broken / wrong order received or our fault) please contact us right away. We will cover shipping costs and send you a replacement item immediately. We do our best to avoid these errors but things do happen and we’ll make it right.
If an item arrives damaged send us an email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing the damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue a store credit. Be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects as soon as you receive your order.
